SHIPPING

We offer Free Shipping all over INDIA on all orders.

HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE?

All orders can take 6-8 working days from the date of placing the order, (this could be longer during busy seasonal periods). As orders are custom made we are unable to offer Next Day Service.

CAN I PAY FOR A FASTER SHIPPING METHOD?

Yes we do offer First Class Air shipping Signed for at checkout for an additional charge. Please note this only speeds up the shipping and not the processing time. We would still require a minimum of 1-2 working days to customise your order before it is posted out. You can select the option of Express Delivery on the product page, and we will cater to it.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPPED?

We have Multiple surface and Air shipping services partners. We use Amazon standard delivery, this is a tracked service with a Tracking Link on your registered Mobile no and Also you will be provided a reference Order confirmation number via dispatch email. The reference order number or email will update only once the order has been placed. We have safe Three Layer Packaging service with fragile care.

 

WHY IS MY ORDER DELAYED?

Majority of the times order are always on time, orders are delayed if the any missing address details or Climatic condition are not good. Unfortunately, they do not always leave a missed delivery card. Please check the reference number to see if you have missed the delivery, this can be found in your dispatch email.

If you have missed the delivery you will be able to arrange a redelivery or collection from Delivery partners at your own convenience.

If you haven’t received your parcel within the 7 to 10 working day period and the reference number hasn’t been updated please contact us via email referencing your order number (support@al-hadaya.com)

SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is 100% correct on the order, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcel due to an incomplete or incorrect address.

If any orders that have been returned to us need to be re-sent out, a new shipping charge would need to be paid for by the buyer to re-send an order.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do ship internationally at a standard flat rate of INR 1500 Per Kg. This cost covers a fully tracked and signed for service.

HOW LONG CAN INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TAKE?

International orders transit time to anywhere is 2- 4 weeks once the order is dispatched.

Please be aware that with international shipping customs can on rare occasions hold items for random checks and this can add weeks onto delivery.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

After your Order has been dispatch you will receive WhatsApp notifications for order updates with tracking link. If it’s been more than 10 days since your order left our warehouse, please get in touch on our support email (support@al-hadaya.com).

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO MAKE?

Majority of our items require 6 – 8 working days  to make and ship (this excludes weekends and bank holidays). We use standard delivery, however there is an option at the checkout for First Class Air service for delivery for quicker shipment. If you require an order sooner please select the option of Express Delivery on the product page. Please note some items may be on pre-order and therefore may take longer.

I NEED A CUSTOM ORDER, ID THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE?

There are extra charges for products customisation or item additions in gift sets, we are more than happy to custom design as per your requirements.

I’VE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN I AMEND THIS?

Please get in touch us via WhatsApp number +91-9718548522 immediately within 24 hours to see if we can amend the order before it is sent for shipping. However, if the order is already in the shipment stage we are very sorry that we cannot make any changes.

Please bear in mind our personalised gifts are hand made for you, Therefore, we strongly advise that you thoroughly check your order before checking out.

I REQUIRE AN ORDER URGENTLY?

We do offer 2 Day Delivery or Guaranteed Delivery on some of our personalised items with Extra shipping. Please contact us ASAP should you wish to order an item for next day service, our cut off time is 1PM. If it is past 1PM, please whats app us on +91-9718548522 to see if we can provide a next day service on an item under special circumstances. OR Select the option of Express Delivery (delivery within 2-4 business days) on the product page and we will cater to it. 

I’VE DECIDED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please whats app us immediately on +91-9718548522 and we’ll try to cancel your order before it is sent for shipping. Unfortunately, once an order has reached the shipping stage orders are non-refundable.

CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes most of our items we can ship internationally, however there are a few exceptions. Please see product information to see which ones are not suitable for international delivery.

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED/BROKEN. WHAT TO DO?

We required Product opening video from scratch for evidence and share us, We are really sorry that your order has arrived damaged. We know how important it is for your gift to be in perfect condition and we’ll do our best to solve the problem. Please whats app us on +91-9718548522 for an immediate response.

I’VE PUT THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS. WHAT TO DO?

Please contact us immediately via whats app with your order number on +91-9718548522 to see if we can change this before it reaches the dispatch stage. If the order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to amend the delivery address and you will have to pay an additional delivery charge once the item is sent back to us.

I WANT TO SEND TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES.

If you would like to send to multiple addresses you will need to create a separate order for each address.

CAN YOU SEND A PICTURE OF MY ORDER?

We only provide pictures of items that have been customised and have had a change of design. Please note during busy periods, custom orders can take up to 2 weeks.

HOW IS MY ODER PACKED?

As experienced sellers, we acknowledge the importance of safely packing our products. All of our items are three layer securely packed using bubble wrap and strong parcel boxes for shipment.

MY ODER REQUIRES ARABIC NAMES, HOW CAN I CHECK THIS?

You can select the option for “Name Customization” on the required items, and mention the name in Arabic in the field given there on the product page which says “Enter the Name or Message to be Customized“. Many of our items require Arabic personalisation, we will therefore contact you directly to check the Arabic spellings. It is important that you provide a contact number during checkout to enable us to process your order.

I WOULD LIKE TO ADD A GIFT NOTE/RECIPIENT. HOW TO DO THAT?

On the Product selection page select the customizations options. please add the required gift note/message that you would like in the area which says “Enter the Name or Message to be Customized. If you need to send your gift directly to the recipient, you can add their address as the shipping address and we will ship the item directly to them.

I WOULD LIKE TO ADD TO MY ORDER.

Unfortunately, we cannot add products once your order has been confirmed. You will need to simply place a new order. If you need help placing an order please contact us via whats app +91-9718548522 and we’ll help you with your order.
